Hii everyone, as JEE is knocking the doors so we are here to help you regarding your preparation.
Guys myself being a JEE aspiration noticed that lack of focus is one of the biggest problems with students.
So guys, today we will be giving tips on #How_to_focus
So guys keep in mind a few things which i am listing below .
1. Say no to distractions : As a student i observed that social media is one of the biggest distractions. So you should try to minimise the time you spend in Facebook or WhatsApp and try to utilise that in study. Make use of social media only if needed.
2. Say no to Gossips : You might have observed that sometimes a gossip
of few minutes turns into a hours and results in wastage of time. So try
to minimise the time of gossiping and utilise that in studies.
3. Concentration while studying : It is not necessary to spends 8-10 hours in studies everyday. But it is enough to study 4-5 hours with full concentration. Sometimes a study of 2-3 hours with good concentration gives better results than a study of 6-7 hours without concentration. So try to maximize concentration, try to avoid about other things while studying .
4. A little bit of gossiping with friends : Earlier i said that say no to gossips and here i am saying that u need to gossip. Dont get confused with these two points. Here i mean to say that in case of stress or depression a gossiping of few minutes may help im relieving stress. But don't let the gossiping extend to hours.
